The hotel's location in the heart of Sandton makes it convenient, along with comfortable rooms featuring nice bedding. However, service was disappointing, with unhelpful staff and a lack of proper communication. The overall experience left much to be desired, particularly in terms of dining options and responsiveness.

Had a lovely time! Clean room, comfy bed, and breathtaking views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Plus, the buffet was a delicious feast. Made me feel like royalty!

It was just a fitting option for a couple of nights in Johannesburg with exceptional value. The outside seating area by the city view was a nice spot to relax. Make sure to use the Gautrain for easy access to the area.

The hotel has a great location, with easy access to shopping and a prompt shuttle service. Rooms are spacious and very clean, featuring a unique shower that's a highlight. However, the manager's dismissive attitude during my queries was a letdown, and the room service left much to be desired, arriving cold and not as ordered. I also found the beds a bit too soft for comfort.

The pool was nice, and the location is ideal for shopping. I had a fabulous time celebrating a birthday with some delicious red velvet cake!

Tons of toiletries and a variety of teas were a sweet bonus. The view from my window was nice, too. Just felt really cozy overall.

i had a lovely stay at radisson blu for 10 nights. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to explore. the gym was well-equipped and designed to cater to both male and female guests. unathi, our waiter, was so warm and welcoming, adding a nice touch to our dining experience.

Awesome location and comfy stay!

Really liked the stay! The room was super spacious, and the bed felt awesome. The pool deck is perfect for chilling at any time. The breakfast spread was cool, but the restaurant service needs a boost. Staff were chill but seemed kinda distant. Still, the cocktails were tasty!
